In this lesson, we'll go over five weight loss myths:
- If you eat less and exercise more, you'll lose weight.
- If you eat five to six small meals a day, you will increase your metabolism and this will help you lose weight.
- Breakfast is the most important meal of the day.
- Skipping meals is bad.
- Eating fat makes you fat.
I used to believe all these myths. If you're like me, you probably believe them, too. But what I found is they never helped me lose weight. I'm excited for you to learn an important piece to the weight loss puzzle. Let's dive in!
