In this lesson, we'll go over five weight loss myths:

  1. If you eat less and exercise more, you'll lose weight.
  2. If you eat five to six small meals a day, you will increase your metabolism and this will help you lose weight.
  3. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day.
  4. Skipping meals is bad.
  5. Eating fat makes you fat.

I used to believe all these myths. If you're like me, you probably believe them, too. But what I found is they never helped me lose weight. I'm excited for you to learn an important piece to the weight loss puzzle. Let's dive in!
