No matter how hard I tried, every dieting attempt failed. I was gaining weight instead of losing it. I learned why I was getting fatter even though I was exercising more. I learned why all the diets in the past had failed. I learned it really WASN’T me. It was dieting myths I’d swallowed, hook, line and sinker.

I shifted my metabolism to become a fat burning machine. The weight came off quickly. The food cravings vanished. I felt alive and energetic, no more brain fog or lethargy. The muscles I’d worked so hard for in the gym started to pop. The stack of jeans hiding in my closet began to fit. I felt on top of the world - confident, empowered, accomplished, like myself, like I knew I was meant to feel.

Consequently, my life started going my way. I had the best year ever, showing my horses. I enjoyed my barn time even more because I had the energy to ride. I was in a better mood. My kids and husband definitely appreciated that part!
